If you love thrifting, you will love this amazing place. Found the cutest backyard furniture here
If you're black I don't advise you to go there. I shop there every week. I picked up a 10 seater table cloth on the ground floor. It was taken from me.because I wanted to go upstairs and check out the furniture. It's 10ft long and 4 feet wide. I could hardly fold it let alone walk out of the store with it. However, i witnessed lots of other ethnicities going up the stairs with small pocketable things. And none were challenged. I've been shopping
there for nearly ten years. I won't be going back. I don't like being treated like a thief because of the color of my skin.
I went to the store today for the senior discount, the cashier Mayra charged me for 10 pieces but I only chose 8 pieces, she argued with the previous customer because she didn't give him the purple label discount. You have to be careful when paying as they do not accept returns.
HORRIBLEEE experience! HORRIBLE treatment from manager Carolina. After spending more than 2 years shopping here, I went to buy a jacket that had a label that wasn't the right one and the response was “I can't sell it to you.” I said, okay, who sets the price? The people have already left. Okay when are they coming back? On Monday. Okay, I'll be back, can you save it for me, please. NO. I tell you that I have been looking for a long time to find out if I want that one specifically that tells me the time and I am NOT looking for it. He tells me, I tell him to talk to a manager and he tells me “it's me”…. First of all, there is a lack of respect for treatment, poor resolution skills and customer service. I say please, I'll pay the price they give it on Monday. THIS IS THE WORST PART! He tells me OK $100 then. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? You tell me it's not $60 but then you say it's $100?! RIDICULOUS. The level of disrespect from this person was absurd, I had always recommended this place on social media, to my families and friends but after this NEVER! DON'T GO THERE
I have been shopping here for years, (see my previous post) unfortunately your prices on many of your items are exorbitant. I understand some designer brand names will have higher prices but please be reasonable, you're a thrift store. Some items are not selling and have been on racks for months and prices are not reduced. I do still shop and enjoy your store but your pricing strategy needs to be revamped.
i love This place, but à lot of resaler who take all the good stocks
My mother in law patronized your business yesterday and parked where we normally park in the parking lot around the corner since there is very little parking space at your establishment, and got her car booted. This is unacceptable and …
I’ve been going here for years. Firstly none of the cashiers have a good grasp of the English language. This makes it impossible to communicate unless you speak Spanish.
Secondly due to most of the cashiers being Hispanic, they will discriminate against you if you are a different race. I had an item with a sticker that was partially ripped. I understand the bo sticker policy. However several times my husband and I have gone in and we’re able to purchase something with a ripped sticker. She would not allow me to. So I asked to speak to a manager. She refused. I asked again and she just stood there and ignored me until I went away. If my husband whom was with me(whom is Hispanic) was there we would have not had that issues. Several times they have sold us things with partially ripped stickers. If you’re going to be racist do it on your own time and not in an established business. This is disgusting and I’m sure I’m not the first.
